Vendors & Sponsors
Joining Badger State as a vendor or sponsor gives you access to shelter and animal care leaders from across Wisconsin. We have a number of ways for you to connect with attendees and help advance animal sheltering in our state.
VENDORS
Vendor booths are available throughout the conference for attendees to visit your booth and learn about your business. Booths include one 6' table with electricity and two chairs. Time is made available after each session for attendees to visit the exhibit hall and meet with vendors.
Vendors can also opt to participate in the Badger State Conference Raffle by donating a raffle prize. For a small one time fee, vendors can also choose to be included in the gift bags given to all attendees. This is a great opportunity to provide take home information to attendees to draw even more attention to your business or service.

Many different levels of sponsorship are available, designed to meet the needs of anyone interested in helping to make the Badger State Conference possible.
Crimson Sponsorship - $1,000
Our Crimson Conference Sponsor receives top recognition for their generous support of our conference. This wonderful level of support enables WFHS to provide top quality educational opportunities to animal welfare professionals. Crimson sponsorship includes a vendor booth, name and logo largely featured on conference materials, insert in the conference gift bag, and recognition in web postings and social media. Also includes complimentary seminar attendance for two people.
Topaz Sponsorship - $500
The Topaz Level of Sponsorship receives recognition in conference materials, acknowledging their support. A vendor booth is included, along with name and logo in conference materials, insert in the conference gift bag, and recognition in postings. Includes a complimentary seminar attendance for one person.
Amber Sponsorship - $250
An Amber Sponsorship is also recognized for supporting the Badger State Conference with name in conference materials (in smaller print),
a vendor booth, insert in conference gift bag, and web posting.
Food & Break Sponsorship
Additional opportunities are available to sponsor part of the events happening at Badger State Conference. Lunch will be provided for attendees on Wednesday and Thursday. Breakfast items will be available each morning, and refreshments will be served during the breaks each day. Each of these events may be sponsored. Prominent signage will be presented for the sponsor at the event, and handouts will be
available for attendees and included in the gift bag if desired. Sponsorship for these events are exclusive and costs include:
