Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Programs in Wisconsin

Costs for the spays and neuters associated with FVHA's S.N.A.P Program (Spay-Neuter Assistance Program) are as follows:

• $50 for a cat spay and rabies vaccine
• $33 for a cat neuter and rabies vaccine
• $75 for a dog spay or neuter (over four months old)
• $85 for a puppy spay or neuter (under four months old)

Applicants must provide a recent W2, 1099, SSI, disability, child support and government assistance paperwork.  Household income must be no more than $17,500 for a single person household or $22,300 for a four person household.
