WHERE DO YOU WORK/WHAT IS YOUR CAREER?

I work at the Humane Animal Welfare Society in Waukesha County as the Director of Special Projects.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU SERVED ON THE WFHS BOARD?

Since 2025.

WHAT KIND OF PETS DO YOU HAVE?

I love senior dogs and cats.  Currently I have Hattie, a pit bull mix, Tinsley,, a boxer/beagle mix, Rita, a chihuahua/pit bull mix (yes I did the dna)  Dax & Jinx are my 2 cats.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO SERVE ON THE WFHS BOARD? ​​

I am thrilled to be a part of this Board.  My areas of special interest are bringing shelters together and education opportunities.  

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES? ​

I really enjoy sharing my love for animals with my nieces and nephews.  Any time up north or on a beach is also great.

WHAT IS A FUN FACT ABOUT YOU?​

Every time I visit somewhere new, I tour the local animal shelter.

What changes would you like to see happen in WIsconsin in regards to animal welfare?

There is always work to be done with strengthening animal laws but I also would like to share more partnering between shelters.  The load is so much lighter when we lift together.
